Welcome to the Delfire Group Volunteer Program!!
Work at Up N Smoke 2023 in exchange for your ticket to the festival! Be a part of a small festival movement and in addition to an event pass, receive a spot to camp and an incredible behind-the-scenes adventure!
Benefits:
1. Receive a free GA weekend camping pass.

3. Free meals during your shift and unlimited water.
4. Behind the scenes look at what it takes to create a small music festival.
Work Requirement - 8 hours
This is the required minimum – some work a little more, some a little less.
Accommodations
Camping Provided
Delfire Group Volunteers s must provide their own camping equipment!!
Camping is in an open field with no trees or shade. This is dry camping only. There is no electric or water available at the camp sites.
All workers will receive GA Weekend Camping pass in exchange for completing a full 8 hour shift. Tent camping is included with the tickets.
RV camping is at an additional cost to be paid at the entrance to the festival.
Volunteers who are camping are encouraged to arrive 1 day ahead of the festival start date.
Meals
Meals are provided to all workers during shift hours.
Outside of shift hours, volunteers must bring their own food to store at their camp site or buy food at the food trucks during festival hours.
Water is provided free to all workers.
Restrooms and Showers
Restrooms are available via portable toilets at various locations on the venue grounds.
Free outdoors showers are open to all volunteers, event staff, and festival attendees on a first come, first serve basis.
Premium showers are reserved for festival attendees who purchase a Premium Camping ticket only.

Camper Festival Crew are generally required to arrive a day prior to gates opening to the general public.
Non Camper Festival Crew may not enter until 1 hour before the start of their shift.
Set Up Crew follow a different schedule which will be communicated prior to the event.
